By using FanPlan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You agree not to use FanPlan in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Misuses, disrupts, or damages the Service.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or features.
• Copies, scrapes, republishes, or exploits large portions of the Service in a way that harms FanPlan or its users.
• Uses FanPlan to mislead others into believing you are acting on behalf of FIFA, an official organizer, or an official ticketing source.

If you contact us, submit feedback, send ideas, or otherwise provide information to FanPlan, you agree that we may use that information to operate, improve, and support the Service.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary and you are comfortable doing so.

FanPlan and its original content, branding, design, text, layouts, graphics, tools, and overall presentation are owned by or licensed to Emuna Shalom LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any planning result or estimate will match real-world outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanPlan and Emuna Shalom LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, goodwill, data, travel opportunity, or booking opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We are also not responsible for losses caused by changes in travel prices, sold-out inventory, third-party booking issues, denied entry, cancelled events, visa problems, government restrictions, transportation delays, or reliance on third-party information.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FanPlan, Emuna Shalom LLC, and their officers, members, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to FanPlan at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if it is otherwise necessary to protect the Service, users, or our business.

We may also update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including tools, features, pages, or content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of FanPlan after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
